Click apply

Go to www.ecocard.com and press the ‘Register FREE’ button.

Create your account details

All fields marked with * are mandatory.

  1. Enter your email address and type it again to re-confirm

    Please ensure you input a valid email address; we will use it to send you an account activation link.

  2. Choose a username and password

    These will be used to log in to your account. Both your username and password should be at least 6 characters long, easy to remember but hard to guess. For practical help and advice on choosing a suitable and secure password, please refer to our guidance for choosing a secure password help section. Re-enter your password to confirm.

  3. Select a currency

    This will be the main currency of your account — you can add accounts for other currencies after registration.

  4. Create a Security Question and answer

    Please select a question from the drop-down menu and insert the answer in the entry field below. Please ensure the Security Question you chose has only one definitive answer known by you and no-one else. We will use your Security Question and answer to recover your password should you forget it.

  5. Enter the validation code

    Please insert the characters displayed in the box, into the entry field below. If you are having trouble reading the letters/numbers in the validation code, please click the ‘Characters not clear?’ link to display a different set of characters.
  6. Click ‘Next step’

Enter your details

All fields marked with * are mandatory.

  1. Enter your first name, last name, date of birth and gender

  2. Enter your full home address

  3. Enter your contact phone number

    Your contact phone number must be your country’s landline and include an area code. This is a mandatory field. EcoCard customer services may use this number, should we need to contact you regarding your account. You may also wish to include an office line or mobile as an alternative contact.

  4. Select a preferred contact language

    We will aim to contact you in your chosen language whenever possible.

  5. Click ‘Next step’

Check and confirm

Please review the details entered. If you wish to amend any of the information you have provided, click the ‘Change’ link next to the section you wish to amend. Click ‘Confirm’ to proceed with your application.

Check your email account

Please click the activation link, which we will have sent to your registered email address. Please check your junk/spam mail folder if you don’t appear to have received this after five minutes.

Confirm your username

The activation screen will request that you enter your username. You will also see a pre-filled activation code. Please leave this field as it is and upon entering your username, click the ‘Activate your account’ button.

Enter your login details

Enter your username and password. Click ‘Login’.

Read and accept the Terms of Use and Exception Warning

You must select both tick boxes to confirm you have read and agreed to the PSI-Pay Terms of Use for your EcoCard account and Exception warning to continue. Click ‘Submit’.

Step-by-Step instructions on depositing Once your EcoCard is created and activated, funds can be deposited. Go to the "myEco" Section on www.ecocard.com and using username and password sign into EcoCard Account.

Choose "Money Deposits" Section from the left-hand menu.

The page will display a list of deposit methods and detailed instructions.

To make a deposit to EcoCard please:
  1. Choose the deposit method
  2. Read instructions and make a print-out if necessary
  3. Make a deposit according to the instructions

For Bank Deposits, your EcoCard account number should be inserted in to the "Payment Details" in the payment order.

Step-by-Step instructions on Withdrawing Go to the "myEco" Section on www.ecocard.com and using username and password sign into EcoCard Account.

Choose "Withdraw" Section from the left-hand menu.

Withdrawals can be performed by Wire Transfer only. Before submitting a new request a Payment Option (i.e. Bank Account details) should be added. There is no need to add new Payment Option if it has been already added.
The withdrawal request is processed within 3 business days. You may request to cancel the withdrawal when the withdrawal status is “NEW” and funds will be credited back to the EcoCard Account.

Step-by-step instructions on Applying for the EcoCard Prepaid Debit MasterCard®

Log in to your account

Click the ‘myEco’ tab on www.ecocard.com and log in with the username and password you chose during registration.

Select "Prepaid MasterCard" from the left-hand menu

Click the ‘Find out more and apply’ button

This sits underneath the EcoCard Prepaid Debit MasterCard header.

Click ‘Apply now’

Check and confirm your details

Please check the details we have for you are correct. It is particularly important your home address is correct, as we will be sending your debit card to your registered address. If any of the details (aside from your mobile number) are incorrect, please contact customer services before continuing your application.

Add or update your mobile number (if applicable)

  • If your mobile number is incomplete or incorrect you can change it by clicking ‘Change your mobile number now’.
  • Insert your mobile number into the ‘New mobile number’ field.
  • As a security precaution you are required to provide the answer to your Security Question as selected at registration. Click ‘Change’.

If you have forgotten the answer to your Security Question contact customer services for assistance.

Read and agree to the terms

Select all three tick boxes to confirm you have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions, Large Balance Disclaimer and acknowledge that your details are up-to-date and correct. Click ‘Next’.

Wait while we process your application

This should take between 1-3 working days. You can check on the status of your application by logging in and clicking on ‘Prepaid MasterCard’ from the left-hand menu. You will receive a confirmation email from us if your application has been approved.

Wait to receive your card and PIN

If your application is successful, you will receive your debit card and PIN to your registered address within 4 working days from the date your application is processed. For security purposes, these will be posted to you separately. Once you have received your card and PIN, you should sign the signature strip on the back of your card immediately and activate it by following the steps below.

Step-by-step instructions on Activating your EcoCard Prepaid Debit MasterCard® Once you have received your debit card and PIN, you will need to activate it before you can use it to make purchases or withdrawals. To do this:

Log in to your account

Click the ‘myEco’ tab on www.ecocard.com and log in with the username and password you chose during registration.

Click the ‘Prepaid MasterCard’ link in the left-hand menu.

Click the ‘Activate your card’ button

This will only appear once your card application has been accepted and processed.

Input the full 16-digit card number

As printed on the front of your debit card. Click ‘Activate’.
You have three attempts to activate your card. If you enter the number incorrectly three times you will no longer be able to activate your card through the website, and will need to contact customer services.

A message will advise whether your activation has been successful

You can now begin using your card for ATM withdrawals and purchases wherever MasterCard is accepted*.

You can deposit to your EcoCard using one of the following methods:
Bank deposit
Credit or debit card
EFT (available for Canadian residents)

For deposit methods instructions, log into your EcoCard and go to the "Money Deposits" section.

For Bank Deposits, your EcoCard account number should be inserted in to the "Payment Details" in the payment order.

Can I deposit to my EcoCard with other payment methods? Unfortunately, there are no other options except for methods listed in the previous question.

Do I have to pay the deposit charges? Yes. All deposits to EcoCard are subject to the respective payment method’s charges. The charges vary depending on the method you choose and are payable at the moment of making the deposit.

Does EcoCard accept only US dollar deposits? NO. You may choose to deposit in other currencies as well – Euro, British Pounds, Swiss Franks, Israeli New Shekels, Danish Crones and other. Check the "Money Deposits" section for the list of currencies accepted by each payment method.

I have deposited money, but my EcoCard has not been credited yet. What happened? Deposits made through wire transfers are usually credited within 1-4 business days.

If your EcoCard account crediting does not happen within the set times, please send us by FAX or email a copy of your payment order identifying your payment to EcoCard. Our staff will contact you as soon as possible. Please note that EcoCard Ltd does not accept responsibility for delays due to the third-party working schedule.

How do I manage funds on my EcoCard? After logging into myEco — a user-friendly browser interface where EcoCard is managed — you can receive reports and initiate activities with similar features as an ordinary banking account has.

I would like to make a withdrawal from my EcoCard. How can I do this? Check out Step-by-Step instructions on Withdrawing.
The request for withdrawal can be generated 24/7 by logging into EcoCard, going to the "Withdraw" section and generating a withdrawal request, selecting the amount of withdrawal. It takes 3 business days to process the request plus up to 5 business days for funds to reach your bank account.

Card Verification

How do I verify my credit/debit card? In order to conduct a deposit you may be required to validate your credit or debit card by means of a micro deposit. This will be requested during your first EcoCard credit/debit card deposit, we will request an additional amount of between 1.00 EUR and 2.00 EUR (or currency equivalent) as a micro deposit. To validate that you are the owner of the card you will have to check your card account either online or with your paper statement and enter the amount deposited before you are able to do a second and subsequent deposits. Once you have confirmed the micro deposit this value will be credited to your account.

What happens if I verify incorrectly? After 3 incorrect verification attempts your account will be put on temporary hold. You will need to contact our Support Team at support@ecocard.com or Live Chat once you can provide the verification amount. In this case one of our team members will reopen your account so you may verify the amount again.

Paying an EcoCard merchant

How can I pay to one of your merchants? In order to make payments with EcoCard to our merchants you should:
  1. Be registered with both — EcoCard and merchant;
  2. You have to have money on your EcoCard. If you do not, check Step-by-Step instructions on Depositing.
  3. Go to the merchant’s site, Login into your account there;
  4. Go to the “Deposit” section (the name of this section may vary with different merchants), choose EcoCard as a payment method;
  5. Insert the amount you wish to deposit from your EcoCard (it should be equal or less your EcoCard balance);
  6. Then insert your username and password and press “Next” or “Submit” button;
  7. Funds are transferred (you may check it by logging into your EcoCard).
  8. You may start playing and betting.

My EcoCard is in one currency, but my account with one of your merchants is in another currency. How should I act if I want to pay with EcoCard? There is absolutely no problem — the amount you wish to pay from EcoCard will be automatically converted to the currency of the merchant according to the present day currency exchange rate.

Paying an EcoCard merchant

How can I pay to one of your merchants? In order to make payments with EcoCard to our merchants you should:
  1. Be registered with both — EcoCard and merchant;
  2. Your EcoCard account should be properly funded. If not, check Step-by-Step instructions on Depositing;
  3. Go to the "MyEco" Section on www.ecocard.com and sign into EcoCard account using your username and password;
  4. Choose "Transfer To Merchant" section from the left-hand menu;
  5. To make a payment to merchant you need to fill in the form:
    1. Choose account number from drop-down list Note: You will see the available transfer amount right below. If you choose another account with different currency, the amount will be automatically converted into the chosen account currency.
    2. Enter the amount you would like to transfer manually.
    3. Enter your account number at the merchant (your login name).
    4. Enter message to merchant (optional).
    5. If you know the merchant account number within EcoCard, then choose ‘Enter the merchant account number’ radio button and enter the merchant account number manually. If you don’t know the merchant account number, then choose ‘Search for the merchant’ option and either enter the merchant name manually or click ‘Search’ button. When clicked a new pop-up window will appear where you can specify the search criteria using mask (according to provided instructions) and click ‘Find’ button. Choose proper merchant name from the list either by clicking the name and or ‘Select’ button. Pop-up window will close and merchant name will be automatically added to the ‘Merchant name’ field. Click ‘Next step’ button.
    6. Verify transfer details and either click ‘Confirm’ button if everything is correct or ‘Go back & amend’ button to make changes to the form.
    7. You will be notified about the transfer result.

How do I apply?

Click ‘Prepaid MasterCard’ in the left-hand menu. Then click the link that says ‘Find out more and apply’ underneath the ‘EcoCard Prepaid Debit MasterCard header’.

Where do I find my PIN? You will have been posted a four-digit PIN number shortly after you applied to use at cash machines and when making purchases with Chip and PIN.

If you would prefer to change the PIN number to something more memorable, this can be done at most bank-owned cash machines. Go to ‘PIN Services’ and follow the instructions on screen.

How do I act if I haven’t received my card or PIN? If you haven’t received either your debit card or PIN please double-check whether your registered address is current and up-to-date by looking at your ‘Personal information’ within ‘Personal Settings’. If your address is incorrect, please contact customer services straight away, detailing the problem.

Your debit card and PIN are only issued once your application has been processed. Your PIN number is posted separately from your debit card for security purposes. Please allow up to seven working days for processing and delivery of your card and PIN before contacting customer services.

To check whether your application has been processed, log in to your account and click ‘Prepaid MasterCard’ in the left-hand menu. If your application is processing, you will see a message that reads ‘Thank you for applying for EcoCard Prepaid Debit Card. Please wait while we process your application’

How do I cancel my card?

If your card is lost or stolen

If your debit card is no longer in your possession, you should immediately report it lost or stolen by logging into your account and select 'EcoCard MasterCard' from the left-hand navigation. Click the button that reads 'Report your card lost or stolen'. A prompt will appear asking you to select either Lost or Stolen. Select the relevant box and click 'Continue'.

Should you recover the card after this, you will no longer be able to use it, and you should dispose of it properly, by cutting it into two, ensuring you have cut through the chip in addition to the signature strip.
You can re-apply for a new card at any time by going through the normal application process.

If your debit card is lost or stolen, or your PIN becomes known to another person, contact us immediately on 0871 898 1012.

If you no longer require your card

If you no longer want to use your debit card, please contact our 24/7 support team via LiveChat or email and our operator will cancel the card.

Once your card has been successfully cancelled you will no longer be able to use it. You should properly dispose of the card by cutting it in two, ensuring you have cut through the chip in addition to the signature strip.
Should you wish to use the debit card feature in the future you may re-apply in the usual way by clicking ‘EcoCard MasterCard’ from the left-hand menu.

Why was my payment/withdrawal rejected? There are a number of reasons why a transaction might be rejected:
  1. A payment was attempted to a merchant that is not allowed under our Terms and Conditions. This includes gambling, gaming or pornographic merchants.
  2. One or more of the daily limits have been exceeded:
    • Minimum single withdrawal amount £10.00
    • Maximum single withdrawal amount £220.00
    • Maximum number of 3 withdrawals per day
    If you have had a payment or withdrawal rejected, try waiting 24 hours to attempt another purchase or withdrawal. If after this, you’re still having problems, please contact customer services for assistance.

EFT – Electronic Funds Transfer

What is EFT? EFT is an Electronic Funds Transfer. EFT enables you to instantly put money into your EcoCard account from your bank account. It is a unique payment option brought to you by EcoCard. We only offer this service in Canada.

How to make a first EFT deposit?
  1. Log into your account and select the 'Money Deposits' tab.
  2. Select 'Electronic Funds Transfer' and press 'Continue'.
  3. Enter your bank details and press 'Confirm'.
  4. You will then be prompted to make a small deposit of between 50 and 250 CAD. This is a verification amount to enable your bank to be verified.

How do I verify my bank account? To verify your bank account you must confirm the exact amount debited from your account (between 50 and 250 CAD). This payment will be made by PSI Pay. The quickest ways to verify your bank account are to contact your bank direct or view your online statement. Once you can confirm your verification amount just log into your EcoCard account and enter the value (you will automatically be prompted to do so). Why am I asked to fill in Security Question during registration? Filling in the Security Question and Answer Information is a requirement for all EcoCard Holders. It is necessary for preventing loss of the password — there is no other way to restore it except for answering to the secret question.

What are the requirements / restrictions for the "Password" field? Your password should be at least 6 and up to 128 symbols long. It should not be too short or too simple. It should not be identical to your e-mail address or contain repeated sub-strings of characters. The Password field is case sensitive: it distinguishes between lower-case and upper-case letters. EcoCard recommends the password to be a combination of letters and symbols. Keep the password in a safe place and do not disclose it to any third party.

  • Use a combination of numbers, letters or symbols
  • Try substituting letters for similar numbers as a simple way to add complexity to your password e.g. 3 instead of E, 4 instead of A, etc.
  • Use a mixture of upper and lower case characters
  • Choose something easy to remember but hard to guess, like a statement or phrase (e.g. 1mTheBestCook)
  • Make it lengthy — each character used increases a password’s strength many times over
  • Change your password often

Do nots:

  • Do not use your e-mail address as your password
  • Do not use a single word that can be found in the dictionary
  • Do not use a name
  • Do not use information that can be found in your wallet (e.g. Driver’s license number)
  • Do not use information commonly known about you (e.g. your favourite sports team)
  • Do not use a repeated string or sequential pattern of characters (e.g. abcdefg, 222222)
  • Do not keep a record of your password anywhere on your computer
  • Do not use the same password for multiple accounts, particularly those that are less secure.

NEVER reveal your password to anyone. We do not keep a record of your password and EcoCard staff will never ask you to disclose it. Remember that in accordance with the ‘PSI-Pay Terms of Use for EcoCard account’ it is your responsibility to keep your login details secure:

Create your account details

All fields marked with * are mandatory.
  1. Choose a username and password

    You will need these to log in to your account. Your username should be at least 6 characters long, easy to remember but hard to guess. The minimum password length is 8 characters and it must contain at least one number and one capital letter. Only Latin letters are accepted.
  2. Enter your email address and type it in again to confirm

    Type in a valid email address that we can contact you on. You will be required to activate your account via email so ensure it is correct.
  3. Select your country of residence

  4. Create a security question and answer

    Please select a question from the drop-down menu and insert the answer in the entry field below it. Please ensure the Security Question you chose has only one definitive answer known by you and no-one else. We will use your Security Question and answer to recover your password should you forget it.
  5. Enter the security code

    Please insert the characters displayed in the box, into the entry field below. If you are having trouble reading the numbers in the validation code, please click the ‘Refresh security code’ button to display a different set of characters.
  6. Read the Terms of Use

    Make sure you have read and understood EcoCard’s Terms of Use as you will be required to accept them to proceed with the Business Account registration.
  7. Click ‘I agree’

    Enter the name of the Company / Corporation / Group that you would like to register.
  2. (Optional) Enter company registration number

    Although it is not obligatory to provide your company number, we may need to use it for verification purposes as part of your application.
  3. Enter your first name, last name, date of birth and title

  4. Enter your full home address

  5. Enter your contact phone number

    Your contact phone number must be a land line in your country of residence. Please include your area code. We may use this number should we need to contact you regarding your account. You may also wish to include an office line or mobile as alternative contact numbers.
  6. Check provided information and click ‘Create Account’

Check your email

You will receive an activation email from us. Please click on the activation link. (Check your junk/spam mail folder if you don’t appear to have received this email after five minutes).

Confirm your username. An activation screen will appear and you will be requested to enter your username. (You will also see a pre-filled activation code - please leave this field). Then select the “Activate your account” button.

Enter your login details

Enter your username and password. Select “Log in”.

Read and accept the Exception Warning

You must check the tick box to confirm you have read and agreed to the PSI-Pay Exception warning (Terms of Use will be already checked). Click “Submit”.

How to complete the Business Identification Process

In order to comply with the Money Laundering Regulation 2007, PSI-Pay Ltd is under obligation to demonstrate that we know our customers and can verify the identity of the parties that we do business with. This constitutes part of our ongoing commitment to customer security and, as an ongoing responsibility, we have a duty to periodically update the information we hold on record.

What do we require you to do?

To ensure a quick and efficient identity verification process, please send us clear and legible copies of the following documents:

Company Acknowledgement
  • The certificate of the incorporation

  • Passport of at least two directors
    The page displaying the photograph, date of birth, full passport number and signature

  • Passport of the authorised person
    If this is not the director

  • Proof of at least two company directors’ residential address
    Any utility bill displaying the full name and address issued within past three months. Please note that screenshots are not accepted

  • Bank statement or bank reference letter of the company

Major Shareholder acknowledgement
When Shareholder owns 25% or more of the share capital, which is corporate
  • Shareholder’s Certificate of Incorporation (if it is a corporate entity)

  • Shareholder’s passport of the authorised person
    If the shareholder is not one of the directors previously stated

    Displaying the full name and address. This document should be less than three months old. Please note we do not accept online bill screenshots

What size and format should my files be in?

Please send us all your files in JPEG/JPG or PDF format.

How to add linked accounts

Log in to your account

Select the “Log in” button on www.ecocard.com and log in with the username and password you chose during registration.

Select “Add Linked Account” from the left-hand menu

Provide information for the linked client account

Linked Accounts are used to register individuals and/or affiliates that you would like to pay salaries and/or commissions to.
All fields marked with * are mandatory.
  1. Enter and confirm the e-mail address

    Type in a valid email address that we can contact the individual on. The client will be required to activate his/her account via email, just like any other, independently registered EcoCard customer.
  2. Currency

    Select the desired currency for the linked account from the drop-down menu. Take note that this doesn’t limit the user to having a single currency account. Every customer has the possibility of creating multi currency accounts.
  3. Enter the individual’s first name, last name, date of birth and title

  4. Provide the client’s full home address

  5. Enter contact phone number

    Enter your customer’s landline number including area code. We will use this number to contact the customer regarding their account. You may also wish to include an office line or mobile number as alternative contact details.
  6. Select a preferred contact language

    We will aim to contact all customers in the language of their choice whenever possible.
  7. (Optional) Apply for the EcoCard Prepaid Debit MasterCard©

    You may choose to apply for a Debit MasterCard© on behalf of the customer. To do so please provide the name that will be embossed onto the debit card. It should match the full name of the prospective card holder.
  8. Check provided information and click ‘Create’

Linked account status and activation

Once a “Linked Account” is created it is set to ‘Waiting activation’ status. As soon as the customer activates the account it will be transferred to the “Active” status.

How to fund your Business Account

Available deposit methods

Business accounts can be funded by a bank wire or by receiving a payout. To receive a payout, simply provide the payer with a 7-digit number of one of your primary accounts.

To fund the account by bank wire:

Log in to your account

Click the ‘myEco’ tab on www.ecocard.com and log in with the username and password you chose during registration.

Select “Deposit” from the “Fund my account” menu

A list detailing the EcoCard bank account details will be displayed.
  1. Choose destination EcoCard Number

    This should be the primary account number you would like to fund via bank wire. Take note that each bank account accepts only the stated currency. Always send USD deposits to USD bank accounts, Euro deposits to Euro bank account, etc.
  2. Click ‘Print Preview’

    Check that you have chosen the correct destination EcoCard Account by matching the reference number at the bottom of the printout with the number of your primary account.
You now have all the necessary information to complete your deposit.

I have deposited money, but my EcoCard account has not been credited yet. Deposits made through wire transfers are usually credited within 1-4 business days.

If your Business account has not been credited after this time please send us by FAX (+44 (0) 870 626 9557) or email a copy of the payment order. We will contact you as soon as possible.

How to transfer funds between internal accounts

Select “Between your Accounts” from the “Transfer Money” menu

  1. Enter transfer details

    Pick a desired sender account from the drop-down menu, enter the amount of funds you wish to transfer, taking into account that it should not exceed the amount of available funds. Select the beneficiary account and provide a description (optional). Select “Next”.
  2. Validate the provided details

    If the amount or beneficiary account number are incorrect, select the “Change’ link to amend the detail(s).
  3. Click ‘Confirm’

    The transaction will be instantly executed and you will be presented with a confirmation result page.

How to make batch money transfers

Log in to your account

Click the ‘Log in’ button on www.ecocard.com and log in with the username and password you chose during registration.

Select “Batch Money Transfers” from the ‘Transfer money’ menu

This method of payment is recommended if you regularly process large amounts of transfers. Transfers can only be processed from primary accounts that are listed on the home page. Take note that only internal and linked client accounts can be used to receive payments.

How can I create a batch file with transfers?

Prepare the batch files you wish to upload in (CSV) format.
  1. Upload Batch Transfer

    Click the ‘Browse’ button and locate the batch file you would like us to process, proceed by clicking ‘Upload’. The batch file will be instantly processed.

Note: It is recommended that notepad be used to create batch files. Excel may add additional separators or end-of-file symbols which prevents the system from recognising the file.

I would like to make a withdrawal from my EcoCard Business Account. How can I do this?

Log in to your account

Click the ‘Log in’ button on www.ecocard.com and log in with the username and password you chose during registration.

Go to the “Withdraw” page located in the “Spend and withdraw” menu

Withdrawals can be performed by Wire Transfer only. Before submitting a new request a Payment Option (i.e. Bank Account details) should be added. There is no need to add a payment option if it has already been added. To learn more about Payment Option registration, please review the following section.
  1. Enter and verify details of the wire transfer

    Pick the account to withdraw from, using the corresponding drop-down menu (only primary accounts can be used for this purpose). Then enter the amount you wish to withdrawal (minimum 100.00 EUR). Note there is a flat fee of 10.00 EUR. Click ‘Confirm’ to proceed.

    If the amount or beneficiary account number are incorrect, use the “Change” link to amend the invalid detail(s).
  2. Click ‘Confirm’


You will be directed to the result page.

The request will be processed in 5 business days however you can follow the status of your withdrawal within your account – the "myEco” tab.

Should you decide to cancel the withdrawal, click the red cross icon to the right of the withdrawal request. You may only cancel the withdrawal whilst the status is “New”.

How can I add a bank account to withdraw funds to?

Log in to your account

Click the ‘Log in’ button on www.ecocard.com and log in with the username and password you chose during registration.

Go to the “Withdraw” page located in the ‘Spend and withdraw’ menu

Once on the page, proceed by clicking the Bank Account field and then the ‘Add new bank account’ button. Note that you only need to provide your bank account details if you intend to withdraw funds from your EcoCard Account. Please enter your bank account details very carefully as any mistakes may cause a delay.

Note: All withdrawals to your bank account are processed as an international transfer, so please make sure your bank and/or account number accepts deposits via wire transfers.

Click ‘Add’ in the ‘Add Payment Option’ tab and provide your bank information:

  1. Enter Payment Option Name

    This can be any memorable name of your choosing.
  2. Provide Beneficiary Name

  3. Type in the Bank Account Number/IBAN

    IBAN (International Bank Account Number) must be provided by customers resident in an EEA member state.
  4. Pick your bank account’s currency from the drop-down list

  5. Provide the name of your Bank

  6. Type in the physical address of your Bank and/or Branch

  7. Enter the SWIFT/ABA Code

    This could be either the 8 or 11 characters long SWIFT Code or 9-digit ABA/Routing Code. You can enter both if applicable.
  8. Mention the Branch and/or Bank Code if any

  9. Enter the Intermediary Bank details if any

    Bank’s Name, SWIFT and/or ABA, Account Number will go into this field.
  10. Press ‘Confirm’ to proceed

    You will be directed to the second page with all your bank account details displayed. You can use the ‘Change’ hyperlink to amend details if some of them appear to be incorrect or finalise a new payment option registration by clicking ‘Confirm’.

Note: The ‘List of available Payment Options’ section of the ‘Payment Options’ page will display all bank accounts you have registered so far. If you have two or more, you will be able to choose either one to withdraw your funds to once you submit a withdrawal request. To review details of each bank account separately, use the magnifying glass button beside the option name. To delete an entry, use the red ‘X’ button.

  3. Enter text to emboss on the card

    For example: your company’s brand name
  4. Check and confirm that your details and address are correct

    Please make sure the address is valid since your debit card and PIN will be sent to it.
  5. Click ‘Next’ after accepting Terms and Conditions
