» What do I need to do to qualify for the EcoCard Prepaid Debit MasterCard®?
To successfully apply for the EcoCard Prepaid Debit MasterCard®, you will need to:
Have verified your identity (name and address) In order to apply for the EcoCard Prepaid Debit MasterCard, we need to confirm your name, date of birth and address. To do this we require a clear and legible scanned copy of two identification forms. Please choose two forms of ID from BOTH List A and List B below and send support@ecocard.com
List A - Proof of identity Please choose and copy one of the following: Passport Displaying your photograph, date of birth and full passport number National identity card Displaying your photograph and full identity card number Photocard driving licence Displaying your photograph, full driving licence number, date of birth and address List B - Proof of address Please choose and copy one of the following: Utility bill or a bank statement Displaying your name and address and dated within the last three months. Please note we do not accept online screenshorts Non-photocard driving licence Displaying your name and address Military identity card Please send your two scanned copies to support@ecocard.com. Please note, you will also need a balance on your account to enable you to successfully apply for the EcoCard Prepaid MasterCard cards. Once we have successfully processed your identity documents, you will receive an email to confirm your identity has been verified and you can then continue with your application for EcoCard Prepaid Debit MasterCard.
